Insolvency – what has changed since COVID-19 and what should change into the “next” normal?

Join us for another SARIPA webinar where the panel will discuss issues in insolvency proceedings such as the rights of employees with particular reference to section 98A of the Insolvency Act, 1936; landlord’s rights and the position of a liquidator concerning leases and all rights arising therefrom;  transfer duty versus VAT on the sale of immovable property; the rules of zero-rating on sales of a going concern and clearance certificates on immovable property disposals.

The panel will be facilitated by Joelene Brown, and brings together the thoughts and experiences across the country of insolvency practitioners.
